These small differences are part of what makes each product unique. Product images shown on the website are the closest possible representation, but slight variations may be visible in the actual product.
Orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier partners. While we always aim for timely delivery, final-mile logistics are managed by the courier service. We recommend customers provide accurate delivery details and ensure availability during the delivery window. For delivery-related delays, customers may also contact the courier partner directly. Order cancellations are accepted within 4 hours of placing the order. A 5% cancellation fee will be applicable to cover payment gateway charges, which are non-refundable.

All products sold by KIDO Props are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Backdrops are made or processed specifically for each order and are therefore not eligible for return. We request customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.
