At Kido Props, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days within India. Express shipping typically takes 2-5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or public holidays.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation
Cancellation Policy:
Backdrop orders cannot be cancelled, as every backdrop is custom-made based on customer requirements.
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the event of a manufacturing defect.
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order by emailing
kidopropsstore@gmail.com.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
- Custom-made, personalized, or final-sale products are not eligible for returns unless defective.
Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent by us.
